Before you move

Questions we hear on every call.

Most Tactic-tier builds run 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on catalog size, integrations, and how quickly content comes in from your team.
Yes — a large share of our work is redesigning or replatforming stores that are already live. We audit your current setup first so nothing working gets thrown out.
Fixed-scope projects are billed in milestones — typically 40% to kick off, 30% at design approval, and 30% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance.
Absolutely — it's often the first thing we sort out. The right platform depends on your catalog, team's technical comfort, existing stack, and growth plans.
Every project includes a post-launch support window, and most clients move into an ongoing CRO or maintenance retainer so the store keeps improving.
